At Hagens Berman Racing Seattle, we value community. Our team is built on a shared purpose - we exist first and foremost to make bike racing accessible and better for everyone.

We want every racer to have a fulfilling team experience, whether you’re working towards your first race or a seasoned competitor. We train hard, race hard, and support one another. I consider many people on the team to be my friends, not just teammates, and we have built a really great squad. We’d love for you to be a part of it.

Here’s a quick overview of the team benefits and requirements to help finalize your decision:

TL;DR - REQUIREMENTS

  • Annual Dues: $75 (due in January, waived for your first year and Cat 1 racers).

  • Volunteer: Ideally at Mason Lake Road Race, a race we host in March (usually the last 2 weekends).

  • Kit: Purchase at least 1 team kit per year (~$250).

  • Racing: No minimum, but racing is our focus.

  • Community: Be a great teammate and ambassador for cycling.
